SHIPPING

We ship all purchases through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • A flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies to all U.S. addresses.
  • Every domestic purchase includes a tracking number so you can easily keep an eye on your package's journey.
  • Please note: 2-3 business days are required for processing, and this does not include shipping time.
  • Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days and does not include processing time.
  • We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Tuesday in the order they were received.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Thank you so much for shopping with us at Lemon Cake Boutique! We hope you love everything, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If that’s the case, here’s what you need to know:

  • Items must be returned to Lemon Cake Returns Department and postmarked within 10 calendar days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages during the return process.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • All Seasonal & Holiday Items
  • Sale Items
  • Jewelry & Accessories
  • Eyewear & Hair Accessories
  • Home & Gift Items
  • Discounted merchandise (including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount).

All online orders and in-store orders that require shipping are eligible for return as store credit only.

Items must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be free from smoke, deodorant, makeup, or perfume marks.

Your store credit will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Pickup Orders:

  • Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll email you! Don’t rush over just yet—orders placed before 10:00 AM will be available for same-day pickup starting at 1:00 PM.

Refunds:

  • Store credits are issued within 5-10 business days of processing your return at our warehouse.
  • Your store credit will be sent to the email associated with your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
  • We don’t send notifications when we receive returned packages, so we recommend keeping your return tracking number to monitor its arrival at our warehouse.

Exchanges:

We have limited sizes, but if you're looking for a different size or color, contact us! If we have it in stock, we’re happy to make a direct exchange. However, we can’t guarantee availability. If not, simply return the item for store credit and use it to repurchase your preferred option.

Damaged/Defective Items:

We inspect every item before it ships, but we’re human! If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report the damage to us before wearing the item, and ensure the tags are still attached.
  • Damage reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at shoplemoncake@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged area, along with your first and last name, and order number.

This return policy overrides any previous versions and is effective immediately. 10.3.24
